band site with Google Calendar as CMS
Problem
A working cover band needed a site that always shows the next show, and nobody in the band was ever going to log into a CMS to update it.
Approach
Google Calendar is the CMS: the band edits the calendar it already uses, and the site reads show dates straight from it. Astro + React + Tailwind, with a 3D-flippable album-cover hero for the band feel, tuned across devices.
Outcome
Live at nohardfeelings.app with zero databases and zero maintenance: show dates update themselves when the band updates its calendar.
